With the second national lockdown now in full effect, we would like to reassure all clients and candidates that we will be continuing to offer our recruitment service, just slightly altered to meet government guidelines. Due to the nature of our industry, we do have the go-ahead to continue business as usual; however, we will be unable to meet with individuals on a face-to-face basis.
Changes To Our Processes:
To ensure that we can adhere to government guidelines, we will only be offering remote interviews with both clients and candidates. If you have used our digital interviewing in the past, then it will be incredibly similar to this, and our team will ensure that all meetings are prepared in advance. As always, you will be briefed in the interview and will have the chance to ask your consultant any questions you may have over a call prior to your appointment.
Our team are working hard to ensure that our clients can continue to fill positions and our candidates can land their dream role, ensuring that the changes in restrictions do not impact operations.
