All Frequently Asked Questions.
How Long Does Vetting Take?
This will depend on the type of vetting that you want to complete. However, in general terms, this can take anywhere from two weeks to a month.
Can I Employ Before Vetting?
You can employ a candidate before vetting takes place or while you are waiting for the results, as long as they are not working with vulnerable people, such as those with special needs or illnesses. Due to the general three month probation period, you are able to let candidates go if they do not comply with your regulations and being vetted.
Is Digital Interviewing Valuable?
Yes, of course! Digital interviewing gives you the chance to see your candidates before asking them in for a face to face interview. It gives you the chance to ask some vague questions to get to know them a little more; these questions can be anything you wish to ask.
How Does Digital Interviewing Save Me Time?
Instead of wasting 30 minutes on a telephone call with a candidate, you can spend time asking 4-5 questions that can be asked live or to be completed by a certain date.
Why Should I Have Pre-Screening?
Pre-screening ensures that the candidate you are interested in is safe and reliable to work with. There are some industries, such as medical, that may require more screening than others.
